Daily Wellness Chronicle (dailywellnesschronicle.com) is operated by Aurora Group Platforms LLC, a U.S.-based operator with a registered address at 30 N Gould Street, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect information in a few limited ways:
- Newsletter signups. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the email address you provide, along with the date of signup and, internally, a note of which page you signed up from.
- Cookies and basic analytics. After you consent, we use cookies to run basic analytics (which pages get read, general traffic patterns) and to remember your cookie choice. Analytics and advertising cookies do not run until you consent — see "Cookies and consent" below.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard server log information for security and troubleshooting purposes — things like IP address, browser type, the page requested, and timestamp. This happens regardless of cookie consent, as it's a basic function of serving web pages.
We do not ask for or knowingly collect payment information, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal data. We are not a retailer and do not process purchases — those happen on Amazon.com or a manufacturer's own site.
Email Newsletter
When you subscribe to our newsletter:
- Collection. We collect only the email address you submit through our signup form, together with your consent confirmation and signup timestamp. A hidden spam-trap field on the form helps us filter automated bot submissions.
- Use. We use your email solely to send you the newsletter content described at signup — new recipe fact-checks, new product reviews, and occasional roundups. We do not use your email for any purpose beyond communicating with you as our subscriber.
- Retention. We keep your email on file for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we stop sending you mail and remove or suppress your address from future sends.
- No sale. We never sell, rent, or trade your email address to any third party.
- Unsubscribing. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly. You may also email contact@dailywellnesschronicle.com to be removed. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, including accurate sender information, no misleading subject lines, and prompt honoring of opt-out requests.
Cookies and consent
We use a small set of essential cookies required for the site to function, and — only after you actively consent via our cookie banner — functional and analytics cookies. Advertising-related tracking, including a Microsoft Advertising UET tag on some pages, defaults to denied and only activates once you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat that automatically as a rejection of non-essential cookies, without you needing to interact with the banner. Third parties
- Amazon Associates program. Some links on this site are Amazon affiliate links (tag
subryt-20). When you click one, Amazon may set its own cookies and track that click to attribute any resulting purchase to us for commission purposes. That tracking is governed by Amazon's own privacy policy, not ours. - Microsoft Advertising. We may use Microsoft Advertising's UET tag for conversion tracking and remarketing on some pages. As noted above, this is default-denied and only fires after you grant cookie consent.
- Analytics providers. Any basic analytics we run are likewise gated behind consent and used only in aggregate to understand site traffic — not to build advertising profiles we sell.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone, and we don't share your newsletter email list with advertisers or data brokers.
Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including restricting access to subscriber data and applying standard web security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we don't store sensitive financial or identity data in the first place, which limits our exposure and yours.
Your choices
You can decline non-essential cookies at any time via our cookie banner or by sending a Global Privacy Control signal. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time via the link in any email or by contacting us directly. You may also email us to ask what information we hold about you or to request deletion of your newsletter record.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
